The Feast of All Saints

Originally this feast day arose out of commemorating martyred Christians in the days of the early Church. It is a day that we honour those in the body of Christ who have died in faith and are now with their Father God. The true date of the feast if November 1 instituted by Pope Gregory IV but the feast has been moved to the nearest Sunday so that all the faithful may celebrate it.
