Nine participants received certificates for completing the three-month basic sewing course run by St Patrick’s parish in La Rochelle, Johannesburg. Sewing will help the graduates, including (right) Freeman, to financially support their families. The course, which has been running for several years and has benefited more than 150 people, is funded by Grassroots Heroes International.
