First Holy Communion candidates with Fr Sylvester Ponje MHM

On Sunday, September 3, 12 children received the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist at Our Lady Assumed Into Heaven parish in Sasolburg, Free State, Diocese of Kroonstad.

This is always such a special day to receive our Precious Lord and Saviour, for the very first time. The readings were done so beautifully by the candidates and Fr Sylvester Ponje MHM, thanked them for their participation in the Mass and in preparation for this special day. He also asked that the parents continuously support these children to enrich their faith.
