Roscoe Stoffels, from Holy Redeemer Parish in Bergvliet, Cape Town, became a Catholic at this year’s Easter Vigil. He has already jumped into ministry, welcoming parishioners as they arrive for Mass. He is also selling The Southern Cross. Roscoe describes his experience as follows: “It feels humbling to know that I’m now part of God’s Church. Getting involved is a way in which I want to express my thanks to God for this Grace. I encourage all Catholics (recent and long-standing) to get involved in any way. I believe it’s a form of spiritual feeding.”
