Catholic Charismatic Renewal to host Prophetic Intercession Workshop
Catholic Charismatic Renewal South Africa will host the acclaimed Prophetic Intercession Training Workshop, devised and delivered by Chevalier Cyril John and his wife, Elsamma Cyril, which has been presented in many countries of the world for the last seven years, including Botswana.
The 6-day Training Workshop will take place from October 9-14 at Sizanani Retreat Centre in Bronkhorstspruit, Archdiocese of Pretoria, which can take over 500 delegates. It was decided on this Catholic venue as many neighbouring countries want to send delegates.
Invitations have been sent out to various Archbishops and Bishops, as well as the head of the Department of the Laity, in addition to the Charge’ D’Affaires from the Nunciature of the Apostolic See.
It is not just a conference but a practical trading workshop to equip prophetic intercessors to stand in the gap for the Catholic Church in South Africa, as well as Catholic Charismatic Renewal. It will enable people to use the Word of God to intercede prophetically and pray according to the mind of God.
Last year in October, the Catholic Charismatic Renewal celebrated its 50th anniversary with a very enlightening and far-reaching conference at Drakensville, addressed by international speakers, Mark Nimo and Jim Murphy.
Chevalier Cyril John has, for many years, been the representative from India for international Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services, which is now part of CHARIS, established by Pope Francis in 2018 to encompass all the charismatic elements and organisations of the Catholic Church.
