Holy Family College Gets Musical
Primary School learners chat to Beat Maker teacher.
Holy Family College Durban’s Primary & High School learners enthusiastically participated in a call & response session during the HFC Music Academy Demo held in the school hall led by Director Debbie Mari who is a singer, pianist, educator, vocal coach and community music practitioner. Vocal coach, Sinethemba (Sne) Cele, and guitar teacher Trevor Thomas had learners captivated while Grade 7 learners enjoyed a brief explanation by Beat Maker teacher, Sbonelo Nxumalo.

The HFC Music Academy is based on the school premises and offers lessons in Piano, Guitar, Singing, Drums, Violin, Music Theory (reading/writing music) to all learners and *Beat Maker (making music beats on laptop) for *Grades 7-12 only.
