Confirmands with parish priest Fr Mnelisi Khathi TOR and Bishop of Queenstown Siphiwo Paul Vanqa SAC

By M V Mangona – Candidates received the Sacrament of Confirmation, at St Mary’s Parish, Stutterheim, under Parish Priest Fr Mnelisi Khathi TOR.
The Main Celebrant was Bishop Siphiwo Paul Vanqa SAC of Queenstown diocese, who emphasised that the Confirmands should start taking roles in the Church in an effort to build the Church of Stutterheim and by extension the Diocese of Queenstown.

Men in the Pastoral District of Stutterheim surprised the Bishop with the gift of a live sheep, saying it was a sign of their love for the Bishop who had worked for four years in the district.
