Easter Triduum at Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Parish, East London

Palm Sunday – Parishioners picked palms for the celebration of Palm Sunday ensuring that our Church looked wonderful.

Paschal Meal – A wonderful band of ladies prepared the Paschal Meal which was enjoyed by everyone. Meaningful readings were done to illustrate the Lord’s Last Supper.

Holy Thursday – Traditionally, there is always the washing of the feet and you will note by the photograph that the “disciples” were young and old.

Easter Vigil – A wonderful experience for everyone as a small band of talented men from our parish prepared a moving “Resurrection” with movement and lights.
