St Maximilian Kolbe
St Maximilian Kolbe was beatified in 1971 by Pope Paul VI and was canonised in 1982 by Pope John Paul II. He is the patron saint of drug addicts, people with eating disorders, families, journalists, amateur radio operators, prisoners, and the pro-life movement.
