Holy Family College in Durban began our Lenten journey with an Ash Wednesday service.
The Primary school, led by Mrs Gounden, started the day off with Bible readings, prayers and words of encouragement for this special time.
The High school took time out during first break. Our Head Prefects, Grace and Aphelele challenged and encouraged the Seniors.
Francine and Izazi shared Bible readings and suggestions on how to embrace this Lenten time through prayer, fasting and giving.
It set a beautiful tone of connectivity to our Almighty God and thanksgiving for all the mercies bestowed on us, His people.
