Manenberg Aftercare Centre Engages Young Minds

The Manenberg Aftercare Centre in Cape Town ran a school holiday programme where children engaged in arts and crafts, dancing, table tennis and a pool competition and were also awed with a magic show by radio personality and motivational speaker, Keenan Williams. About 30 children also learnt about the planets and history of our country with an outing to the Planetarium and Iziko Museum.
The Manenberg Aftercare Centre aims to develop the youth in Manenberg by offering healthy alternatives in the form of after school arts and cultural programmes.
