Marist Brothers Linmeyer: Grade 8 Ringing-in Ceremony

Marist Brothers Linmeyer High School held the Grade 8 Ringing-In Ceremony. In keeping with tradition, the Grade 8 students lit a candle and received a blessing from the Priest, Father Ricardo da Silva.

This was followed by each Grade 8 student ringing the Bell of Hope, symbolising their official welcome to High School. The Grade 8 students will once again ring the bell again after on their final examination in Matric. What a fantastic way to provide a sense of belonging to the students!
