Lesotho Royals at Easter Sunday Mass

By Moses Govender – The Parish of Our Lady of the Angels & St Clare’s on the KZN South Coast in Mariannhill Diocese was overwhelmed, humbled and blessed to be graced with the presence of the Monarchy of Lesotho at Easter Sunday Mass. Their Majesty’s King Letsie III and Queen Masenate Mohato Seeiso and his Royal Highness Crown Prince Lerotholi Seeiso, joined in the celebrations on this most auspicious of occasions on the Catholic Calendar. The Royal Family were holidaying in the Local Umdoni Municipality and, being a devout catholic family decided to join us in our Easter celebrations. They expressed their gratitude for the warm hospitality they received. They were graciously welcomed by the Parish Priest, Fr Roman Mbelu, visiting priest Fr Philani Kunene and the parishioners.
