Fr Laurence Freeman Visits Holy Family College, Durban
Primary school teachers and Grade 5 learners at Holy Family College in Glenmore, Durban, welcomed Benedictine monk Fr Laurence Freeman to the school when he delivered an address entitled “A Gift for Life: How to Introduce Christian Meditation to the Young”. Fr Freeman explained to teachers and learners how important, natural and welcome meditation is to the young and why we should teach meditation in schools.
