Marist Brothers Linmeyer Sprayathon/Shavathon

Brett Gabriel, Angelina Correia, Dean Bruggeman, Chandani Ramborosa, Joshua Way and Ushay Govan (Grade 12 students).

Marist Brothers Linmeyer hosted a Sprayathon/Shavathon showing solidarity with those affected by cancer.

Grade 1 to 12 students and staff showed support by paying a small fee for either a haircut or a colour spray of their choice.  Marist Brothers Linmeyer School Chaplain, Fr David Dryden and our High School Principal, Mr Regan Nicholas, both shaved off their hair.

All money raised will go towards CANSA (Cancer Association of South Africa). Marist Brothers Linmeyer wishes to extend their warmest gratitude to the three sponsors, Just Darling, the Marist Brothers Linmeyer Alumni Association (MBLAA) and DJ Cole Auby, a past student.

Mr Tim Leibbrandt (Grade 7 Teacher) shaving his hair.

Last but not least, a special mention goes to Mr Timothy Leibbrandt, a Grade 7 teacher, who challenged the Grade 7 students –  raising a tremendous R1268 for the event, in exchange, he had to shave his hair.
