Holy Family College Durban learners take part in EMS Quiz
Holy Family College Durban learners Unathi Gumede, Esther Oyegoke, and Nakokonke Nkomo, took part in the EMS Quiz held at Lamontville Education Centre over two days. The Grade 7 Quiz took place on Tuesday, 30 May, and the Grade 9 Quiz on Wednesday, 31st May. There were over 100 entrants from different circuits.
Esther placed first in the Ethusini circuit, Grade 9, and joint first in the district with a result of 100%. Nakokonke placed second in the Ethusini Circuit, Grade 9, and joint second in the district with a result of 95%. Unathi came first in the Ethusini circuit, Grade 7, with a result of 95%. Esther, Nakokonke, and Unathi move on to the second round to be held in August.
