4 Reasons To Remember Who You Are
Often wonder who you are? What your purpose is? Feeling adrift in the world? Know that as a Christian you have a sure and steady anchor in Jesus. You were created by God, redeemed by Jesus, and are kept by the Holy Spirit. Our Triune God, all wise, all-knowing and all-loving. Look to the cross to see and understand who you are, and where you’re going and how to get there.
Here are four Bible verses that tell you who you are:
Psalm 100:3 – Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Romans 14:8 – If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.
Galatians 3:28 – There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
1 John 3.1 – See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
