This is the Cathedral of St Ursus or Solothurn Cathedral in Basel Switzerland. It is believed to have been originally built around 1100. Part of it fell down in 1762 and it was rebuilt and rededicated in 1773. This all-white cathedral was once again damaged in an arson attack in 2011. Who was St Ursus? He was a 3rd century martyr who was beheaded for refusing to worship the emperor at the time.
