AR Bissett, Johannesburg – In reply to the letter by Marilyn Cheketri: We Need CVs from Politicians, the African Christian Democratic Party does oppose abortion.
In the parish I belonged to in Cape Town, we were urged to vote for this party because of their stance against abortion.
I don’t know if it is considered a major party, but to be able to vote we ought to read each manifesto and not just the ones we prefer.
